This product comes with a 3 years guarantee by registering your product free, via the Elgin & Hall website within 28 days of purchase, if this not done you will receive a standard 1 year manufactures guarantee.
Elgin and Hall gas fires & electric fires will be delivered by DPD local direct from the manufacture. You will be contacted to book-in a suitable delivery date as soon as your item is ready to be dispatched via text/phone call. Delivery is approx. 1-2 weeks.
Electric or Gas fireplace suites and Marble fireplace suites will be delivered using Elgin and Hall two-man delivery service. The product will be brought in to your room of choice, unpacked to allow you to fully inspect. You will be contacted to book-in a suitable delivery date as soon as your item is ready to be dispatched. Current delivery times is approx. 3 weeks.
