Elgin & Hall Arteon 16" Ray Electric Fire is the next generation of PRYZM glass fronted inset electric fires that are App controlled, remote controlled (with simplified functionality), as well as manually controlled. The official my PRYZM App is the most comprehensive way to schedule, control and customise your PRYZM electric fire’s heat and lighting, all from the palm of your hand.
Whether you wish to simply turn on your electric fire’s heating on an autumnal evening or programme in a full 7 day heating schedule cycle over the winter, the my PRYZM App does it all with ease.

Elgin and Hall gas fires & electric fires will be delivered by DPD local direct from the manufacture. You will be contacted to book-in a suitable delivery date as soon as your item is ready to be dispatched via text/phone call. Delivery is approx. 1-2 weeks.
Electric or Gas fireplace suites and Marble fireplace suites will be delivered using Elgin and Hall two-man delivery service. The product will be brought in to your room of choice, unpacked to allow you to fully inspect. You will be contacted to book-in a suitable delivery date as soon as your item is ready to be dispatched. Current delivery times is approx. 3-4 weeks.
All Stoves are delivered with our own pallet company approx. 2-3 weeks
