All Dimplex electric fires are delivered direct from the distributor to our customers with DPD Local. You will receive an text/email message to confirm delivery date, delivery is approx 2 weeks however this is dependent on stock levels at time of placing an order. For large Dimplex fires and media wall electric fires, please note that this will be sent on a pallet courier and they only offer kerbside deliveries.
