Elgin and Hall gas fires & electric fires will be delivered by DPD local direct from the manufacture. You will be contacted to book-in a suitable delivery date as soon as your item is ready to be dispatched via text/phone call. Delivery is approx. 2 weeks however, this is dependant on stock levels at time of placing an order.
Certain Electric fireplace suites and Marble fireplace suites will be delivered using Elgin and Hall two-man delivery service. The product will be brought in to your room of choice, unpacked to allow you to fully inspect. You will be contacted to book-in a suitable delivery date as soon as your item is ready to be dispatched. Current delivery times is approx. 4 weeks however, this is dependent on stock levels at time of placing an order.
Other items such as showroom exclusives are delivered with our own pallet company, these items will be brought to a flat service outside the delivery address.
