Smaller items such as The Collection inset hearth gas fires will be sent using UPS or APC courier service with an estimated lead time of approximately 2 weeks . If the is no one to sign for the goods a postcard will be left and you will get two more delivery attempts.
Other items such as The Collection large gas fires will be delivered using Bassets palletised delivery service with an estimated lead time of approximately 2 weeks. All pallet deliveries will be brought to a flat service in front of your delivery address (subject to access) and you will need to arrange adequate means to take your order into your home.
A signature will be required on all The Collection deliveries.
