A: Delivery is included in the TOTAL price on the majority of our products. The may be delivery charge to some remote post codes. To see if this applies to you please look at the list of post codes on the Order Detail page. The also may be a delivery charge for some of the larger products on the site, which you will be made aware of when we process your order.

Q: Do you deliver outside the UK?

A: No, we only deliver to mainland England, Scotland and Wales. Unfortunately we do NOT deliver to Northern Ireland.

Q: How quickly do you send your products out?

A: We do have a lot of products in stock and therefore can often send it to you ASAP. If we don't have the item(s) in stock, we will normally dispatch the items within 10 to 15 working days. For certain special order items please allow up to 30 days.

A: No, however go to the Installation page on this site to see links to the Gas Safe and HETA websites.

Q: Can I have the delivery made to another address other than my home?

A: No, for security reasons we will only ship to the card registered address. This is a precautionary measure we´ve had to implement to protect our customers. Unfortunately fraudulent use of credit cards continues to exist and this is one of the ways we try and ensure that no one is using your card illegally.
