A: Yes
Q: What is the cost of delivery of your fires and fireplaces?
A: Delivery is included in the TOTAL price on the majority of our products. The may be delivery charge to some remote post codes. To see if this applies to you please look at the costs on the View Basket Page. The also may be a delivery charge for some of the larger products on the site, which you will be made aware of when we process your order.
Q: Do you deliver outside the UK?
A: All prices on our website include Delivery to mainland England, Wales and Scotland. We do deliver to Isle of Wight, Highland Mainlands and Scottish Islands however there is additional delivery charge to these addresses which can be seen when you go to View Basket Page
Q: How quickly do you send your products out?
A: We do have a lot of products in stock and therefore can often send it to you within 5-7 working days. If we don't have the item(s) in stock, we will normally dispatch the items within 10 to 15 working days. For certain special order items please allow up to 30 days.

A: We have been in business as part of a large and successful fireplace manufacturer and retailer of gas fires and electric fires for over 30 years experience. We have therefore built up an enviable reputation by guaranteeing our customers competitive prices without compromising on quality. The fact that we are operating fires2u.com through the Internet inevitably allows us to also keep our own costs to a minimum.
Q: Can you arrange installation or do you fit your gas fires, flueless fires or solid fuel fires?
A: No, however please go to our Installation page to see links to the Gas Safe and HETA websites which allows you to find fitters in your area.
Q: Is your payment section secure to use my credit or debit card on?
A: Yes, fires2u.com uses Sage Pay, which adheres to the most stringent levels of fraud screening, ensuring that your details remain secure throughout the transaction process.
Q: I don't like entering my credit card details directly on the internet. How can I pay for the product I want?
A: Please ring fires2u.com on 0844 800 8351 and we will process your fire order over the phone our office is open from 9.30am - 5pm Monday to Friday. If you would prefer to carry-out a bank transfer or send us cheque please contact us via email - cheque@fires2u.com
Q: Can I have the delivery made to another address other than my home?
A: No, for security reasons we will only ship to the card registered address. This is a precautionary measure we´ve had to implement to protect our customers. Unfortunately fraudulent use of credit cards continues to exist and this is one of the ways we try and ensure that no one is using your card illegally. We do however accept cheque's or Bank transfers. So if you would like to send us a cheque or carry out a Bank Transfer please ring us or email us at the following email address cheques@fires2u.com and we will email you the details of how to do this.
